Returns & Refunds

Fragrance Gallery does not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not have a refund window.

This applies when you change your mind, and it applies to every product we sell: full bottles, testers, gift sets, deodorants, decants, and samples, whether the item is still sealed, opened, or used.

There is no return window. Because we do not take products back, a return shipping cost does not apply.
