Delivery Policy

Fragrance Gallery delivers across all of Lebanon from Beirut. We are a Lebanon shop — not a Dubai boutique.

A flat delivery fee of $5 applies to every order in Lebanon.

Orders over $100 ship free — the delivery fee is waived automatically at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm Beirut time (not Gulf Standard Time). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are prepared the next business day. We coordinate delivery and updates with you directly over WhatsApp using your order reference.

How delivery works

• You place your order and send it to us on WhatsApp at checkout.
• We confirm availability and arrange a delivery time with you.
• Pay with Cash on Delivery ($5 delivery), or in advance with Whish.

Packaging

Every fragrance is delivered in protective, tamper-evident packaging designed to keep glass safe in transit and to preserve the composition.
