• Order information — name, mobile number, optional email, and delivery address, sent to us on WhatsApp so we can fulfil your order in Lebanon.
• On-device shopping data — cart, wishlist and checkout draft are stored in your browser only. There is no customer account on this site.
• Usage data — pages viewed and interactions, collected via analytics only when those tools are enabled.

How we use your information

We use your information to confirm availability, arrange delivery across Lebanon, answer WhatsApp support messages from Beirut, and — with your consent — send updates you can opt out of at any time.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with consent, analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics 4 and pixel tags) to understand performance. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the store — WhatsApp to receive your order, our delivery partners in Lebanon, and analytics providers if they are enabled. We never sell your personal information.
