Delivery Policy

A flat delivery fee of $3 applies to every order — and delivery is free on orders over $75.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are prepared the next business day. We coordinate delivery and updates with you directly over WhatsApp using your order reference.

How delivery works

  • We confirm availability and arrange a delivery time with you.
  • Pay with Cash on Delivery, or in advance with Whish.

Every fragrance is delivered in protective, tamper-evident packaging designed to keep glass safe in transit and to preserve the composition.
